Please join us on Tuesday July 4th, 2023 @ 8:30 AM for the 2023 Garrett Heritage Days Festival 5k & 2mi walk! The race is being brought to you by Garrett State Bank.
EXCITING NEWS! Garrett Heritage Days is expanding! This will change our event and we will now be starting to the South East of the park in front of J.E. Ober Elementary. Please take a look at the new map as the route has some slight differences to adjust for the change.
START/FINISH
Both races will start and finish in front of JE Ober Elementary School.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race.
Pre-Race day packet pickup will be available Saturday, July 1st from 9:00 to 12:00 and Monday, July 3rd from 9:00 - 5:00 and at:

Race day registration and packet pickup will take place in the small parking lot to the south of the JE Ober Elementary school 7:15 am until 8:15 am. Look for the Garrett State Bank tent and tables.
REGISTRATION FEES:
5K Run & 2mi Walk
$5 Early Bird Registration (includes T-shirt) through June 15th
$10 Late Registration (no guaranteed T-shirt) June 16th through race day
POST-RACE CELEBRATION
ALL runners are invited to a post-race celebration at East Side Park for Garrett Heritage days. There will be bottles of water and an awards ceremony sponsored by Garrett State Bank at the conclusion of the event. Stick around for the rest of the festival activities taking place throughout the day:
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category receive special awards.
12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking on the South-side of the school and along any street not marked otherwise.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Gun start/chip finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Elite Timing Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real-time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line on the results page or in the mobile app.
